Antoine, our Managing Director, starting this new ALL-in-ONE audit provider project, immediately understood that he needed to surround himself with the best professionals for his project to succeed. And we can say that he has perfectly accomplished his mission by partnering with top-level business partners that enable PragmaCert Ltd to conduct numerous official audits/assessments in the world of industries and services. Below is a brief description of each of our partners with whom we can push the limits of efficiency in auditing companies to the maximum.

Antoine did not want "tick-the-box" auditors who does not know the realities on the ground. In contrast, the PragmaCert team is composed solely of auditors with at least 20 years of experience, including several years on the field as engineers/project managers, quality officers or accounting/finance managers. This allows us to carry out our work in performance improvement and auditing really effectively, adding significant value to our clients' activities, and not just a piece of official paper certifying compliance with one standard or regulation or another.

Antoine wanted to diversify his partners: those with whom he will be able to directly engage in commercial activities will be called 'Technical Partners', and those who will have a supporting role, either very important or entertaining, will be called 'Support Partners'. Two of our partners are part of both groups.

Antoine is the Founder and Managing Director of PragmaCert Limited.

He's got a Master's Degree (with honours) in Industrial Systems Engineering with focus on Embedded Systems & Local Networks from the University of Bordeaux.

He is a certified PMP (Project Management Insititute), known to be the most challenging professional diploma in Management on the market, certified from the CFSP program fromTÜV SÜD associated with a strong FuSa Leadership and hands-on expertise professional experience (which give him the formal right to perform official ISO26262 Assessments / Audits / Confirmation Reviews and SW Tools Qualification Assessments), an ASPICE Provisional Assessor (VDA-QMC) and former CMMI Appraisal Team Member (SEI-CMMI Institute).

Antoine will be an IRCA certified ISO9001:2015 Lead Auditor from Mid-July as well.

On top of his management responsibilities within PragmaCert, Antoine provides audit, management & expertise services in Performance/Process Improvement, Quality Assurance and Functional Safety, Project & Product Management, System/Software/Hardware Engineering, especially in Factory and V&V Automation, for several clients in different industries & services (Automotive, Rail, Semiconductors, Air Transport IT & Telecom Systems, Aerospace, Defence, IT services etc.).

Antoine is no longer afraid to say that he is Asperger's and, on the contrary, that it is an asset for him to have 140 IQ points at his employer/client/employee/team member's disposal. Antoine has an insatiable thirst for continuous improvement in his work and personal learning (see the page "Continuous training and certification"). He's got a strong empathy and a sharp sense of work ethics and has established within the company PragmaCert the "Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct", integral part of our Management System, which he requires every partner participating in an audit/assessment that he has organized to sign in order to prove their commitment to applying it. The requirements addressed by this "Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct" - CEPC are inspired by those intelligently defined by the CMMI Appraisal code of conduct in the 2000s: all key points to be addressed by an auditor/external consultant are considered: professionalism, conflict of interest, objectivity, data integrity, confidentiality, adaptability, respect for intellectual property, security, respect for the audited organization and each of its members, etc.

Fanny is one of our Technical and important Support Partner because, technically, she is a very experienced and skilled Finance Auditor & Manager who can provide auditing services against French and UK GAAP.

Legal and contractual audit of financial accounts, analysis of business processes, information management, and internal systems to assess risk and identify the opportunities of improvement. Presentation of recommendations to management. Supervision of the Audit Team.

Preparation of the financial accounts. Preparation of forecast budgets. Bank accounts: recording payments and receipts, reconciling and posting. Purchase ledger invoices: coding, matching to delivery notes, posting. Preparation and reconciliation of returns. Assistance to firms in difficulty.

Account Certification thanks to her DEC (Diploma of Accounting Expertise), the only diploma that allows the practice of functions as an expert accountant and statutory auditor.

She's got a Master's Degree in Economics and got the famous & very challenging professional french diploma DEC (Diplôme d'Expertise Comptable) which gives her the legal right to work as "Expert-Comptable" and "Commissaire aux Comptes" in France. (much more challenging than the equivakent ACCA in the UK, the prerequesites to attend the DEC are much more restrictive and the success rate is much lower than the ACCA. It's similar to compare PMP, which is very challenging, with Prince2 which is much more accessible).

She is also a Support Partner because she acts as the Finance Advisor of PragmaCert Ltd and she is able to bring strong skills in several Accountancy regulations (UK, France, IFRS) which is very useful for our company since we work with clients and suppliers all over the world.

She also showed very good team lead skills throughout her different jobs in France, Spain and in the UK.

She helps our company making the right decisions in terms of Finance and Business Management. She also oversees our Accountancy supplier to make sure all Financials data are consolidated and up-to-date.

Odyssée is the freelance Web Developer who designed and developed PragmaCert website based on the Specification provided by Antoine, our Managing Director:

all tasks related to the Fixed Price Agreement, Specification, Design, Development, Testing, Acceptance and Maintenance of the website are being managed using Asana Project Management Tool.

She specializes in WordPress development and has 10 years of experience under her belt.

Versatile and always on the lookout for new technologies, she ensures the proper functioning of our site while adapting it to the appropriate security standards.

Throughout its career, Odyssée has worked with several European, British and American companies in the realization of their digital projects (e-commerce, blogging, showcase site, etc.).

Expert in natural referencing, she also takes care of the SEO referencing of these sites in order to increase turnover and customers.

As in any good subcontracting project, Antoine organized the transition of the website development project from Odyssée to himself for PragmaCert. He acquired skills in WordPress, Hostinger Web Builder, and added web programming skills in HTML/CSS through an online course on OpenClassrooms website, which allowed us to form a "web design & security" team that PragmaCert Ltd mainly offers to small businesses.

We form an extremely effective duo and we charge rates about 50% lower than freelance designers in the European & Asian market, who do not hesitate to charge hourly rates equivalent to aerospace safety or nuclear energy engineers... We find this outrageous and we offer small businesses the opportunity to achieve a higher level of professionalism (PMP certification) and highly specialized technical expertise, even more advanced in programming, SEO, and security. Miguel Boucher, (crosytech@gmail.com), he worked for several years at the high-tech acoustic systems expert CABASSE in Brittany, not far from home, and then designed his own ultra-innovative electromechanical systems from client needs to small or medium series production. He combines knowledge of technical project management in the field and in-depth expertise in electrical / electronic / software / mechanical areas.

Miguel is a Support Partner due to our common passion for music: I sometimes share my question with him due to his expertise in high tech sound systems and ask him whether buying the BOSE QuietComfort Bluetooth Headphones is a good deal compared to its competitors, or if the MARSHALL Acoustic Amps are still the best on the market for "The Master Camp Social Club" Band, or I share my happiness with him when I've just been offered the brand new MARSHALL STANMORE 2 Bluetooth Speakers by our Finance Advisor, etc.

Yohan Bourgoin, Independent Auditor/Assessor https://www.capjaya.eu/equipe, CMMI Lead Appraiser and ASPICE Provisional Assessor; The achievement of becoming a certified Lead CMMI Appraiser speaks volumes about Yohan's expertise in performance/process improvement, with an impressive background in auditing large groups, particularly in France and Europe. Additionally, Yohan is an ASPICE Provisional Assessor, so with Ronald and Antoine, we can form an official ASPICE assessment team with an ASPICE Competent Assessor and 2 ASPICE Provisional Assessors. Antoine himself has been a CMMI ATM and the main player as a Quality Officer at Valeo during the first successful CMMI L2 evaluation in the French industry conducted by a very challenging Appraiser who failed Alstom Transport twice at the same time. Therefore, with Yohan as CMMI Lead Appraiser and Antoine as CMMI Appraisal Team Member, we can carry out official SCAMPI CMMI Appraisals with all the previous support process, the Readiness Review, etc. Interesting anecdote, Yohan went through the same IUP GEII Bordeaux as Antoine (he left 2-3 years before Antoine joined) and Antoine received the official CMMI training from a colleague who was at the time part of the same company as Yohan. Yohan also has in-depth knowledge of the SAFe framework (certified SAFe Portfolio Manager) but remains unusually simple and humble in the world of performance/process improvement experts/consultants/auditors.
