Auditor's Ethical and Professional Values

Since the beginning of our respective careers, we have unfortunately regularly witnessed unethical and/or unprofessional behaviors that could be classified as professional misconduct or even serious offenses that could lead to immediate dismissal without unemployment benefits. Our Managing Director, with overflowing empathy and impeccable ethical standards, wished for all partners working for PragmaCert to also commit to applying impeccable ethics and professionalism. In this regard, the company has implemented within its Management System the "Auditor's Ethical and Professional Values' that all members of the described team must commit to complying with. The main requirements addressed by this document are:

• objectivity,

• data integrity,

• confidentiality,

• adaptability,

• respect for intellectual property,

• security,

• respect for the audited organization, and each of its members.

We do not make this document available on our website as it is a document that is an integral part of our Management System, but we do distribute an hard copy to our clients during each official audit/assessment.

Furthermore, on a completely voluntary basis and for a quick availability in case of client's request, and when TuleAp ALM will be deployed, we recommend, when we work on sensitive projects (Defense, Cybersecurity, Safety, etc.), that members of the PragmaCert Technical team store on a totally secured folder of PragmaCert Documentation Management System (only accessible to them with their own credentials, not even by the Managing Director) a criminal record extract (available here for the Managing Director) and a drug screening test (a simple saliva test is sufficient; we do not endorse AT ALL blood tests which are ethically very questionable, as the masterpiece film 'Gattaca' perfectly demonstrates. BTW, In 2011, Gattaca was named by NASA scientists as the "most plausible" science fiction film in the history of cinema), with a complete open-mindedness about cannabis legalized in many countries, as is the case of the drug screening tests in most major American groups (NVIDIA, etc.), and of course for all legally prescribed medications by a doctor accredited by a European public health system (NHS, CatSalut, etc.), such as anxiolytics (bromazepam, diazepam, etc.) for those suffering from anxiety/panic crises due to various psychological disorders like post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD) or autistic disorders.
