Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct

Since the beginning of our respective careers, we have unfortunately regularly witnessed unethical and/or unprofessional behaviors that could be classified as professional misconduct or even serious offenses that could lead to immediate dismissal without unemployment benefits. Our Managing Director, with overflowing empathy and impeccable ethical standards, wished for all partners working for PragmaCert to also commit to applying impeccable ethics and professionalism. In this regard, the company has implemented within its Management System the 'Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct' that all members of the described team must sign. The main requirements addressed by this Code are:

• conflict of interest,

• objectivity,

• data integrity,

• confidentiality,

• adaptability,

• respect for intellectual property,

• security,

• respect for the audited organization, and each of its members.

We do not make this Code available on our website as it is a document that is an integral part of our Management System, but we do distribute an hard copy to our clients during each official audit/assessment.
